The problem is, you’ve gotten too good at this.

Life has asked a lot of you over the years, and you've found a way to keep going. You've adapted, pushed through, taken care of responsibilities, shown up for others, and handled challenges you never expected to face.

Maybe those challenges included loss, changes in your health, caregiving for someone you love, or simply realizing life hasn't unfolded the way you thought it would by now.

Somewhere along the way, surviving became your default setting. Now you're exhausted, yet resting feels uncomfortable, asking for help feels vulnerable, and enjoying the present moment feels harder than it should.

You know you're safe now, but your body still reacts like you're not.

What's possible.

As healing unfolds, many people begin experiencing something they haven't felt in a very long time: safety

They trust themselves, feel more comfortable asking for support, and stop organizing their lives around avoiding disappointment, conflict, or overwhelm.

Relationships become more authentic because they no longer require self abandonment, constant caretaking, or keeping parts of yourself hidden

Instead of simply getting through life, there is more space for connection, joy, rest, spontaneity, and the freedom to be fully yourself, even when life doesn't look exactly the way you expected.

Trauma-informed counseling helping adults heal attachment wounds through mind-body therapy and nervous system regulation.

Why me?

After over 15 years in this field, I've learned that understanding why you feel the way you do is important, but insight alone doesn't always create change.

Many of the people I work with have been through difficult relationships, loss, illness, trauma, chronic stress, or seasons of life that asked more of them than anyone should have to carry.

Their minds and bodies adapted in incredibly intelligent ways to help them survive. The challenge is that those experiences often remain stored not only in our memories but in our nervous systems and bodies as well.

That's why you can logically know something is okay while still feeling anxious, guarded, overwhelmed, or stuck.

My approach helps both the mind and body heal, so you can stop spending so much energy surviving and spend more time living.

I combine traditional talk therapy with Attachment Focused EMDR, somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, CBT, and other evidence based approaches.

As a licensed therapist and Certified Reiki Master Practitioner, I tailor our work to your unique needs, helping you find the combination of support that creates meaningful growth.

My hope is that therapy becomes one of the few places where you don't have to perform, explain away your experience, or carry everything by yourself.

What healing looks like:

○ Feeling more present in your life, at ease, and with room to react less.

Enjoying a good day without waiting for something to go wrong.

○ When experiencing intense emotions, you will understand what is happening in your body and how to soothe yourself.

○ Saying "no" without spending the next three hours feeling guilty about it.

Trusting your decisions instead of replaying them over and over in your head.

○ Finally feeling like you can exhale instead of carrying the weight of everything by yourself.

Virtual trauma therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges.
